Free worldwide delivery
Every Aeternum dress is delivered free of charge, with tracked delivery, wherever you are in the world.

When your dress will arrive
Every dress is made to order, to your own measurements. Dresses are typically delivered within 12-16 weeks of your order, depending on the season and the design, and we confirm your timeline when you order. We recommend ordering at least five to six months before your wedding.

Wedding sooner?
Our express service can often bring your dress forward, subject to the workshop's schedule at the time of your order. Tell us your wedding date before you order and we will confirm what is possible.

Delivery times
Once your dress is ready, UK delivery typically takes around 3 days. International delivery may take a little longer - we will confirm timings for your location.

Tracking
We send you a tracking number as soon as your dress is on its way, and we keep you updated until it arrives.

Delivery outside the UK: import duties and taxes
If your dress is delivered outside the United Kingdom, your country may charge import duties, taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) and customs or handling fees when it arrives. These are set by your country, not by us, and they are not included in the price of your dress or in delivery. They are your responsibility and are usually paid to the carrier or customs before the dress is released to you. We cannot tell you the exact amount in advance, as it depends on where you live; your local customs office or the carrier can. If a dress is refused or returned because import charges were not paid, we cannot refund it, and the cost of returning it or sending it again is payable by you.
